Chef Simon Eder of eder&sons in Maria Alm, Salzburg, crafts a playful yet elegant duo of flavors: a golden arancino, topped with tomato and saffron notes, paired with a delicate wild salmon tartare, elevated by refreshing cucumber and creamy yogurt served in an eggshell.


We use a single hard light source (flash) to simulate a sunny summer day enjoying a pizza and a delicious refreshing drink.


Ohh, this Polish White Borscht is so delicious. Tangy in flavor, rich with creamy potatoes and aromatic kielbasa. Don't forget to add fresh horseradish to elevate the flavors even more.


This photograph was taken at @malteshiddenkitchen, a Michelin-starred restaurant in Baden-Baden. The dish centers on lobster, complemented by citrus aromas and sweet-sour pickled kohlrabi. A buttermilk and red shiso cream adds rich and tangy notes, highlighting the main ingredient's flavor.

Dish was prepared by great chefs Mateusz Szpytma and Miroslaw Jadach as a dinner at "100 Poland Best Restaurants" Gala at Brunów Palace.
Slow-roasted wild boar served with tortelloni stuffed with baked potato with goat cheese and mint, and white chocolate glazed carrots. The whole thing is complemented by an aromatic pine and dogwood sauce.
