One Hundred and Fourteenth Collection

A moment of pure precision and shared passion: Swiss Michelin-starred chef Chris Knipschild delicately places a single daisy petal onto the plate. I captured this image for his new menu — a tribute to his and my mutual love for detail. The photo not only shows the finesse of his cuisine, but also the quiet intensity behind each creation.

Ever since I saw this beautiful design of this iconic packaging I had this concept in mind. I extended the geometric pattern using the sea salt flakes in order to show the box content and the product in a creative way.

This photo captures a beautifully curated mini bites and cocktail pairing setup from Wild Kitchen in San Juan, Puerto Rico, shot as part of their tasting menu experience. Set atop a rich, polished wooden table with organic textures and patterns, each element pops with vibrant color and intentional placement.
The composition balances refined cocktails with artfully plated bites—each one telling its own story while contributing to a cohesive visual feast. From a soft pink martini to a dark espresso cocktail, and a variety of creative garnishes and plating techniques, the scene feels elevated yet inviting.

This photo was taken for a local Malaysian restaurant launching their new menu, celebrating the richness of traditional flavors with a modern presentation. Inspired by the warmth of Malaysian hospitality and the earthy textures of kampung life, we curated this setup using natural rattan baskets, banana leaves, and rustic wooden elements to honor the authenticity of the cuisine.

An explosion of oriental flavors that enchant the soul and awaken all the senses.
Uma explosão de sabores orientais que encantam a alma e despertam todos os sentidos.

At eder&sons in Maria Alm, Salzburg, Chef Simon Eder presents an artful composition of delicate Hamachi, paired with gently pickled Spitzkraut, refreshing grapefruit segments, and a subtle hint of peanut for depth and texture. This refined dish balances elegance and regional inspiration, served with visual poetry on a handcrafted plate.

A wine bouquet. The challenge was getting focus on the wine pour in the last glass. The light was creating large areas of low contrast so manual focus was needed but getting the wine poured in the exact position created another issue … good thing the waiter had really steady hands.

Ohh this was so fun to style. Practicing my storytelling, composition, and light. Keeping the scene interesting, moody, with the beams of beautiful light peeking through.

A beautifully plated and flavorful dish by Swiss Michelin-starred chef Chris Knipschild. I photographed it for his new menu — and with the light and setting, I was able to capture the unique atmosphere of his restaurant. This image reflects his culinary style and the refined mood he creates for his guests.

This photo captures a smoky Old Fashioned in the middle of its dramatic reveal at Loja Speakeast in Mayaguez, Puerto Rico. Shot with a strong key light from the side, the image freezes the swirling motion of the smoke as it lifts from the glass, highlighting the rich amber tones of the cocktail beneath.
The texture of the smoke, combined with the clarity of the glass and the warm reflection off the bar, creates a moody, cinematic moment that feels both intimate and bold. The bartender’s hands in the background give it that behind-the-scenes energy—like you’re getting a front-row seat to the magic.

Photo taken during a plating workshop with the outstanding chef Ernest Jagodziński. He showed how to use beautiful Fine Dine plates to present some of the dishes.
