A healthy drink of fermented green tea called Kombucha. This one is a favourite in the family, from Flock Cafe in Bali. This lovely-colour Kombucha is flavoured with rosella, strawberry and torch ginger. Served cold with some ice cubes, who can resist that?

This photo was shot with continuous light, exploring the wonderful world of LED lighting, it is wonderful to be able to take advantage of the high shooting speeds and see in your scene what you are doing ... great method!

Time for a drink. The extraordinary mixology of vodka, your favorite energy drink and a splash of orange and passion fruit with a rosemary flavor.

I had previously created a series of "splash" shots for a client, and I had a lot of "splashes" leftover, so created these images. The idea of this image is to have a "collision" effect.

It was my first homemade Neapolitan pizza. And wow how amazing it was! Crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. Sometimes it’s quite tricky to photograph pizza as it may look too flat. I made sure that this wasn’t the case by putting it on a wooden tray, showing the slices and using hands in the frame. Added some interest by creating circular movement with other ingredients.

The pancakes. Always the ideal breakfast partner for many. These peanut butter pancakes made with love and organic ingredients are no doubt the perfect match.

I loved how beautiful this bottle of rum looked, so I thought that I would photograph it. I had also recently finished creating my own wooden backdrop, so I incorporated this into the image as well.

This bundt cake was inspired by lemons and basil. Lemons are a great ingredient for bundt cakes but on the other hand quite ordinary and very popular. I wanted this bundt cake to be different so incorporated a less usual ingredient - basil. That was such a good idea! Basils can really make a change in desserts and I love that the color of the glaze is natural.

I recently brought a machine that dispenses smoke, so I had to incorporate it into one of my images. This was an image of an ice cream, that is being revealed via a cloche, in a "forest" scene.
