Sixty-Eighth Collection
Scallop is a beautiful delicacy. Inspired by a Javanese recipe of stir-fried local-variety scallops with chili peppers, I made this simple scallop dish: Scallop Balado. I panfried the scallop then added Sambal Balado, which is the popular red chili paste from Minangkabau, West Sumatra.

A little of me in gastronomy, a little of me in photography. I create what I feel and I feel what I offer. Creating means an important part of me. I am waiting for you to taste what I offer in the place where I work, the most beautiful place in the Algarve, Portugal. The Prime Beach Club is the place where I offer you flavors. I'm waiting for you.
Thank you that I am also part of the vision of excellence of the @foodelia team!
Thank you for my assistant photographer @valdrawfim and to God that I can see the beauty of the world!
An alcohol drink known as Jin shot for a Japanese restaurant for their menu purpose. The whole idea is to achieve a clean menu with minimalist menu pictures.
Photoshoot of Skriveru Saldumi @skriverusaldumi product. Marzipan in chocolate with strawberry flavour. Delicious almond paste with real Belgian chocolate.
I currently embarked on the mission to share how healthy food could be simple, fun, and not only limited for Adults. This simple chocolate sauce made of dark chocolate + extra virgin olive oil sauce, Is the best example.
Cherry Chocolate Clafoutis. There is something magic about cherries and chocolate together. Just wanted to capture this coalition of colors, textures, and tastes. I think this dessert very well catches it all.
Getting into Autumn vibes with this vegan sticky date cake with caramel dulce de leche topping. My hand is included in the frame so there is some human element to it.
Fiery red wine was what I had in mind when I created this capture with a long exposure using a single Aputure MC LED light. The choice of backdrop serves as rising red flames from the glass of red wine.
As a real sushi lover, the Saturday night sushi was my friend again. I used a simple background (black cotton) and added some flashlights to put the sushi and the sauce in the spotlight.
Oreo doughnuts with strawberry flavoured cream. An explosion of sweetness. The photo is made at once, cleaned from the sticks and strings with some corrections of the colours to get the desired pink tone.
I love freezing particles, so this time I used this type of glasses that caught my attention because of the design they have, and putting some color in the lighting creates an enveloping and magical atmosphere, I loved the result.
Lobsters are one of my favorite things to photograph. This one is from Canada. The colors and the details made this pic really intense.
A rain of flavor, is actually what we have got in this gastronomic photo session. A layered cookie-chocolate cake that made us fall in love.
A "levitating" teapot & milk jug image, while incorporating "stream" into the image using a smoke machine that I had purchased recently.
This was shot for the first day, Rosh Hashanah, of the Jewish new year (2020); traditionally celebrated with a honey-dipped apple to usher in sweetness in the new year–especially on such a bitter year. But fear not, my Jewish sisters and brothers, for I have found a divine pre-honeyed apple! A Rosh Hashanah miracle! Chag Sameach!
Pastel mint coloured wooden textures, eco-friendly picnic idea with refreshing summer ingredients from the garden...what else do we need on a mountaintop after a good climb uphill?
I love creating what I like to call 'Frankenstein's monster cakes'. This one, in particular, is a cookie-bottomed chocolate cake with browned butter cream cheese frosting. I wanted the choc-chips to be frozen perfectly in mid-air without having to sacrifice image quality, so I employed my flash to do the work.
The best way to enhance the flavor of a delicious beer is to show its nature, what it is really made of and what it makes you feel. I took this photograph with 3 lights, 2 on the sides and one in the background. Obviously, I did photoshop just to put together several shots of the chocolate.
This shot was taken at a Client's newly opened restaurant. The idea of the shot is to tie the special house beer with the client's branding. *Hint: refer to beer bottle for name*.
Ice was being shaved for the Cendol dessert, one of the most popular ice desserts in South East Asia. It’s primarily consisting of shaved ice, coconut milk, palm sugar syrup and luminous green pandan jelly.
Chocolate Sponge Mix shot for Macphie's new updated product range.

A beautiful, colorful and romantic dessert. The taste of this basil and strawberry panna cotta is great! As for the photo, I think the framing with flowers and subtly contrasting pastel colors are the strengths of it.
This image is part of my personal creative series - all about fruit. I wanted to celebrate monochromic Food Styling with blacks and greys. This was taken in my small studio in the UK just by using natural light.
I am always looking for that perfect splash! I am extremely detailed oriented and doing my best to deliver the top quality photographs.
I tried different lighting techniques for this photo. In the end I have to thank my husband for the perfect circular line of light painting!
Albahaca dulce, limón partido. That feeling we have whenever we visit the ranch and make lemonade, fresh basil and fresh-cut strawberries.
