One Hundred and First Collection
Product Photography; Quinoa for Ferra & Co Company in Albania. Photo at studio with artificial light. Love to play with colors that match perfect with the product.
"Tart sweetness encrusted in a golden crust, this lemon tart captures the sunny radiance of citrus. Each bite is an explosion of freshness and flavor, a hymn to gluttony that awakens the senses. Let yourself be seduced by this bright yellow delight that invites you to a sweet and sparkling break."
Samphire, a coastal vegetable that grows in rocky and marshy areas near saltwater. It's best enjoyed steamed or sauteed in butter and served with fish or even lamb.
I was thinking a lot about what type of garnish I’d love to add to this Cosmo that will emphasize the zesty theme instead of stealing the attention away from it... so I created these orange peel butterflies inspired by my tattoo.
I wanted the tomato to be the center of interest in this risotto. And the steam to add more atmosphere and depth to the dark moody background.
Sparkle and Dazzle! New work done for Peet’s Coffee. The fun part of shooting a brand-new drink is figuring out how it should look at the end.
On the day of the shoot, I worked closely with their development team and creative director. The goal was to capture layers of sparkle, flavor cues, and swirling coffee, and to top it off with a creamy cold foam.
I love the result, and these Sparkling Cold Brew drinks are as delicious as they look.
These are Cherry Lime Mint Pops made with a seasonal summer cherry harvest. I think this was the perfect recipe to showcase the texture of these frozen cherries. Letting them melt a bit and smearing the juice around was a compositional choice.
Ravioli with cheese. Advertising photo of an online store of craft dairy products, a local Ukrainian business.
Chocolatey, gourmandy and flying. Image in warm monochrome colors with levitating elements. Work created in studio with artificial lights.
I took this photo for the Ritz-Carlton Santiago, Chile. @ritzcarltonsantiago
Grilled Angus veal loin, Cauliflower puree, grilled pebre, roasted hearts of palm stuffed with free-range chicken foie gras and black beer sauce.
Grilled chorizo steak, accompanied by fried okra, and mango vinaigrette by Chef Emanuele Nascimento @chefemanuelenascimento
A croissant sandwiched with chocolate cream, fresh cream, and orange. The happiness of mixing the sweetness of chocolate and the bitterness of orange in your mouth
With a futuristic approach that does not sacrifice elegance, we use a background with neon lights and a composition that highlights "causas limeñas".
This photograph is from a self assignment / portfolio builder. The idea behind the brief was to show a chef in the kitchen preparing food. Went with this top-down flat lay arrangement with our chef (who is me) whipping up some eggs for a breakfast meal. Camera was triggered by a voice activated remote so while whipping up eggs I am yelling at the camera to take a shot — was quite the scene!
Pompei cake, made of 75% Vietnamese chocolate, slightly spicy. I wanted to give the feeling of a volcano.
This is called a Magic Bean Cake. It is made with kidney beans coffee and dark chocolate. I 'dressed' it with chocolate ganache and fresh berries.
Mood of the first day of spring. Sandwiches with cheese and vegetables. Advertising photo of an online store of craft dairy products, a local Ukrainian business.
Oh, I love this one. Well, here the iced coffee with milk is really icy :) Minimal style with cold toned background, warm toned coffee, real ice, geometric elements and triangular composition. This whole mix is original, fresh and simply perfect.
French toast made on a cold morning Spring is almost here in Japan, but it was winter when I took this photo. French toast and coffee are the only way to warm up.
With a strong light we simulate the entry of light through a window and with the wooden background, we manage to capture an image that evokes the mysterious Japanese essence.
Monochrome grey cocktail with a touch of green cucumber.
The goal was to shoot the whole cocktail, but the details were so stunning I chose a cropped version of it.
