Shot on iPhone, this is a classic Gin Cocktail, setup with natural light. I love to play with light and shadows and my personal visual taste bends to the moody style.

First time experimenting with baking in process… only because it’s a lot of work… carrying everything to my studio, cleaning all the mess! Usually it’s just not worth it… but yesterday I had a little help from my niece.

Will I do this ever again?

Avgolemono, an egg-lemon soup, traditional dish from Cyprus. It has a silky, thick consistency and bright note of lemons. An image created for photography contest.

I made this picture for a company who sells whiskeyglasses. The glasses are filled with realwhiskey. The owner of the company and her assistent are my handmodels and I let the whiskey splash with whiskeystones. .

Art in my life
I think there is a lot of art in our lives. I consider "food", food, desserts, and drinks that are most familiar to us in our daily lives. Incorporating art into our lives will make our lives brighter. I want to have a positive effect on our mind and body with our familiar food.

Up close and personal of tuna and micro greens presented in a pizza like fashion that is a revolutionary take on the modern cuisine

Shot for a recent client brief, we wanted to showcase the drink but in a simple, yet showstopping way. By utilising only minimal props I found that I could create an eye-catching image to highlight the clients product.

The Bunet! It is a soft dessert (in Italian we call it “dolce al cucchiaio because you need a dessert spoon to eat it) made of a few simple ingredients: amaretti biscuits, cocoa powder, milk, eggs, and caramel.

An attempt to capture the beauty in these bright strawberries, using a dark and moody style. One of the first shots captured on this food photography journey of mine.

Steak tartare, served with some simple greens on the side. This is one of my favourite dishes using only the freshest ingredients considering it is raw.

Photographing a "make it yourself" cocktail kit, for a whisky sour cocktail, showing the alcohol bottle and ingredients needed in the cocktail. It wasn't easy trying to find a way to incorporate the "egg white" ingredient into the image ;).

Sweet honey dripping from blue or bleu cheese with fig and honey or maple syrup on pink plate. Unsurpassed taste of autumn. Food ready to eat.

My food photography journey started very recently and this was an attempt to capture water droplets on these beautiful dark cherries.

"Le Stadére" are ancient brass scales used in the tradition of Tuscan wine. Photograph shot during the typical tale of the grapes on the Tuscan hills for the customer called "Le Stadére".

Summer vegetables in balance. Fresh juicy red paprica with cucumber and slice of tomato, zucchini, eggplant and fresh basil leaf.

Dark chocolate and nuts, sprinkled with rose petals. I decided to use a white background for this picture, not my usual black.
I also did not use any artificial lighting, just window light and a reflector.

Bright, colourful & vibrant oil splashes. Each splash was photographed individually, and then mixed into the one image to create a playful collage.

Elder Fashion Royale
The Elder Fashion Royale, from Phil Ward at Death & Co., was one of the earliest cocktail recipes to take advantage of St. Germain, an elderflower liqueur brought.
Since the sparkling wine makes up more than half the drink, it’s important to use a good one!
