Drunken Armagnac lobster, burnt leeks, and lobster sabayon.
Culinary creation by chef Boris Campanella around the lobster. This dish was offered at the restaurant l'Ecrin, the gastronomic table of the Hotel de Crillon.
This dish since I saw how it was shaped, I thought about that location in the restaurant. I moved my lights, I put myself in the angle that I imagined and click! I got just what I had in mind.

Chocolates are very interesting subjects for levitation photography. A dark and moody levitation image, where I would a create a sense of an explosion using a composite images with these chocolates.
Different sorts of cooking oil — homemade farmer products. Presentation assortment of sunflower oil with pepper and dried dill, corn oil with rosemary and olives oil with thyme.

Seared Scallops: N’duja, kohlrabi, fennel, golden raisin, and amaro cream in a playful ambiance. This was shot in an intimate bar in downtown Chicago.

The Christmas log reveals a cocoa nib mousse combined with a Sacher biscuit, a creamy chocolate flavored with lime zest and a crispy praline and cocoa bean.
This photo was part of my first work done outside my native country, and I can say that it was my favorite of all. When I saw the plate I said, this work of art deserves to have a photo that transmits its magic and what you see there is what we achieved.

Simple butter rolls and eggs dyed with onions - a simple festive Easter food. The table combines church symbols of Easter (bread and wine) and symbols of spring rebirth in pre-Christian times — colored eggs.

It’s such a simple dessert, yet delightfully flavorful and very elegant and impressive. They have a great balance of sweet, spice and fruity flavors, and the deep red color turns this into a beautiful centerpiece dessert too.
