A New Year's Eve celebratory dinner with dumplings, lobster pasta, oysters, & red wine. A celebratory dinner to start the new year.

Red Wine Poached Pears are a classic French dessert
It’s such a simple dessert, yet delightfully flavorful and very elegant and impressive. They have a great balance of sweet, spice and fruity flavors, and the deep red color turns this into a beautiful centerpiece dessert too.

realization of a shooting dedicated to a grocery store. The owner lives and works in a town in the Tuscan countryside and wanted to convey the flavor of the dishes of the past and the concept that everything is made by her as the women of the town did in the 50s/60s.
I tried to recreate the photographic mood that made her dishes understand the genuineness and tradition behind her. A soft retro style

A new customer asked me for a service dedicated to the drinks and cocktails section.
I wanted to make something more authorial and advertising; photos not only dedicated to the social part, but also to tell the mood of the place.
I didn't use artificial lights, just natural lights. It was a summer afternoon and the light was very beautiful.

A variety of bitter bottles at a cocktail bar in Caguas Puerto Rico called Al Dente.
I knew when I took the shot photo how I was going to edit it. And the outcome came out just how I imagined it.

Macro image of a pomegranate. I've always had a similar image in my mind, but believe it or not until recently I didn't know
how to properly peel a pomegranate. The picture was taken with only one artificial light source to create this dark and mystical atmosphere.

Fresh and juicy indgredients in beef burger. Photo shoot of the menu in Hilton hotel @hiltongardeninnriga in Riga specially for Beef Room restaurant @beef.room.riga

I liked the old style look of the syrup tin and wanted to incorporate it in a punchy photo; almost like graphic design rather than an actual photo.

A gingerbread-spiced caramel cake with eggnog buttercream for Christmas. This was shot with a speedlight, but in order to keep the light from the fairy lights and the candle whilst maintaining the crisp action, I had to play a balancing act between flash and ambient light.

From a client shoot. This was shot with a speedlight, only softly diffused. This shot involved compositing multiple shots together to get the perfectly imperfect syrup drips inside the cup with the slight gradient of the drink, plus the tall cream and leaf shadow.

La Bûche de Noël: Vieux Cacaoyers 1955, by Matthieu Carlin at the Hotel de Crillon.
The Christmas log reveals a cocoa nib mousse combined with a Sacher biscuit, a creamy chocolate flavored with lime zest and a crispy praline and cocoa bean.

Un aggiunta di latte ad una tazza di tè esalta il suo sapore, dando un tocco di cremosità.
Assaporarla in una elegante location come il Teatro San Carlo Cafè è qualcosa di unico.

Drunken Armagnac lobster, burnt leeks, and lobster sabayon.
Culinary creation by chef Boris Campanella around the lobster. This dish was offered at the restaurant l'Ecrin, the gastronomic table of the Hotel de Crillon.

This photo highlights the purity of Joël Robuchon's Atelier Saint-Germain dessert. The purpose of this image is to highlight the millimetric dressing of a michelin star as well as the magnificent golden crockery.

As a food and product photographer, I always like to explore different light schemes and new techniques... In this photograph I was able to combine a continuous background light to generate a modern and different effect

A fun photoshoot inspired by Alice in wonderland/ Emily in Paris. Red and pink macarons, petite Arc de triomphe, chessboard, red lipstick and glass of wine. …
Captured in my studio with Godox lights.

Sanpellegrino Melograno & Arancia
Juicy oranges meet lush pomegranate in all-natural Sanpellegrino Melograno & Arancia, an irresistible blend crafted from 100% natural ingredients that captures the joyful effervescence of an Italian summer.
A glistening ruby red drink with orange reflections, every sip of this authentic premium drink from Italy fills you with the vibrant aroma of pomegranate that is followed by the sweet citrus notes of orange, lingering just like the unforgettable holiday memories of a fiery sunset.
Delicious Sanpellegrino Melograno & Arancia is made from the juices of sun-ripened oranges and pomegranate from the Mediterranean, which give this unique drink its smooth taste. It is freshly invigorating thanks the perfect touch of fine bubbles, with a pleasant tartness that is balanced with just the right amount of sweetness.
Sanpellegrino Melograno & Arancia is best served cold at a temperature of 6-8° C. Garnish with pomegranate and/or black peppercorns, fresh mint for the perfect finishing touch.

Simple butter rolls and eggs dyed with onions - a simple festive Easter food. The table combines church symbols of Easter (bread and wine) and symbols of spring rebirth in pre-Christian times — colored eggs.

Different sorts of cooking oil — homemade farmer products. Presentation assortment of sunflower oil with pepper and dried dill, corn oil with rosemary and olives oil with thyme.

I wanted to show the texture of these adorable mini bundt cakes by using a high side light and then mixed the icing to a similar green colour as the linen and foilage. The wooden tray served as a frame for the pan and hero food.

From the label design, styling and photography, this commissioned work was made at my home studio with natural light, perishable props from the garden and a sugar pine log slice from a burnt forest. This local client was celebrating the first vintage since the Black Summer 2019-2020 bushfires, which devastated a fair part of their vineyard. I wanted to express the resilience that emerged from the darkness in this contrast.

Beer photographed with both the cans itself, and the beer in glasses, with the image surrounded by nibbles that are usually served with beer.

A shot for my client inspired by January trends of eating healthier food. I’ve prepared and captured this vegan sandwich packed with protein without the pouring of olive oil first, but then decided that movement will take the scene to the next level. The shot is much more interesting like this, of course :)

A stack of lemon mascarpone pancakes I’ve baked for family and decided to get a fast shot. I‘ve chosen bold colors for pancakes to stand out and added movement for some interest.
