This is very famous chaat, Dahi Bhalla or Dahi Vada! It’s a very popular North Indian street food. Dahi Bhalla has so many different layers and textures like Vada made by lentils dunked in yogurt and topped with scrumptious chutneys! This lip-smacking dish will leave you wanting more and more.
I couldn't resist how the light interacted with lines and texture of these perfectly shaped lumache pasta!
