Eighty-Third Collection
Earth, water, air and fire. This image is a composite of 1 glass which I photograph 4 times with another subject and stitch it together till one image.
Art in my life
I think there is a lot of art in our lives. I consider "food", food, desserts, and drinks that are most familiar to us in our daily lives. Incorporating art into our lives will make our lives brighter. I want to have a positive effect on our mind and body with our familiar food.
A shoot in the middle of a hectic kitchen?
That was my dream!
Might be hard to imagine! But I thought it would be fantastic to shoot in "The heat of the moment"
And "The heat" was there, of course; literally and figuratively! But the fact that this kitchen was also in the kitchen of chef Bjorn Massop, who received a "Green star" from Michelin in March and "JRE taste of origin award 2022" in June was of course the icing on the cake!
And that there are also these kinds of photos rolling out! That makes it all!!
A warm bowl of tomato soup in a cold winter morning, made from my home grown tomatoes and fresh Basil, served to my daughter!! " Oh mamma!! How aromatic is this...feels like from heaven!! "... she said!! Happy me!
The Shot-topus is a stunning golden, shareable innovation in an intimate restaurant setting. It sits beautifully on a bed of ice & florals.
Bright, vibrant sushi shot with minimal natural light during a recent client photoshoot to promote the regions best food and drinks.
An attempt at learning color theory in food using these gorgeous sweet cherries washed under a kitchen sink faucet sprayer. Learning to make intentional color choices in the composition of the scene, by following the color wheel.
A typical breakfast scene. A stack of blueberry pancakes with a drizzle of maple syrup, loaded with fresh berries. Shot against a window in natural light.
The main idea was to use a raspberry cheesecake in autumn season, trying to achieve a light and airy photograph where the red colors stand out.
Have you had a #carajillo ? Even though it's a Spanish drink you can find it all around Latin America! The perfect combination of coffee and liquor 43!
Te has tomado un #carajillos ? Es la perfecta combinación de café con licor 43. Una bebida española que la encuentras en todo Latino America!
The photo shows Rabbit with pistachios, a modern interpretation of a recipe from 1786 year.

Homemade freshly baked pancakes with fresh berries and honey. Beautiful levitation art dessert photography on dark green textured table.
Ice cold water in a hot day.
I shot this scene in a one of hot summer days of 2022.
To create the splash I used a big artificial ice cube and dropped it into the glass. After that it had been broken …I have just few pictures from this session but luckily I’ve made few great pics before the incident.
P.S. Created with natural light
“Dragon egg” with swedish kalix löjrom, marinated with herbs, spring onions and citrus served in Aarhus at restaurant @ghrelingourmet
A traditional Indonesian / Manadonese dish goes fancy and a little wild. Seared tuna topped with Manado's signature salsa called Sambal Dabu-dabu. The dish is presented on a rock lined with plum aralia leaf and garnished with local basil leaves.
Lime dance. Cut parts of juicy lime, lime juice splashes and leaves of peppermint in a crazy dance. These ingredients are in harmony. Have you seen something before?

Made entirely in studio with real sand and a tv screen for the background. Palm leaves were added in post but we had them on set to create the reflections on the bottle.
While it becomes uncomfortably grey and wet outside, the pantry shows its best and most colourful side. This is a short glimpse from photo series of my winter pantry essentials.
Marmonde tomatoes, perfectly imperfect, all grown in my garden.
My idea to photograph them on dark/black background turned out to be more tricky for post processing than anticipated as the red was way out of gamut but I didn’t want to lose the beautiful colour either.
I used one artificial light source, soft box and a reflector.
Chocolate milk bottles surrounded by splashes of chocolate and splashes of milk, with the splashes surrounding the bottles and creating a bit of a "mess" effect on the sides of the image.
Incredible dish of Salt-Aged Duck, Beetroots and Plums. It’s such a joy to photograph food for The Globe Inn 1610. The creations presented by the Chefs are amazing!
Chips are very interesting subjects for levitation photography. I have always been fascinated by the Pringles chips. The texture they have, the symmetrical shape all of them have in the entire stack. I wanted to create a light and airy levitation image, where I would a create a sense of an explosion bringing in an asymmetry out of these symmetrical chips... and then finally came out with this.
"Champurrado" is a traditional Mexican beverage made with corn masa, water, chocolate and sweetened with piloncillo. It has a thick rich texture and is usually served warm to accompany tamales or churros.
Image created for a Christmas editorial for VegNew Magazine Holiday issue.
Homegrown tomatoes meet beautiful natural light in my studio. I was having fun playing with textures, lines and shaping the light.

Haciendo splash en un té de Flores de Jamaica y rodajas de limón deshidratado. Siempre es divertido
hacer fotografías congelando movimiento.
I chose to use the dispersion effect using Photoshop, to give a sense of movement to a static product image. Analog colors, two studio lights and merged images in post production, for creating this look.
I loved this client shoot… the brief for this noodle salad was bright and fresh for the spring menu. Also a couple of my favourite surface props, including some oversized ceramic tiles and recovered barn boards from an old dairy.
