Six traditional Indonesian meat and vegetable dishes of assorted flavors, textures and colors as accompaniments to steamed rice (not included in the scene). Each of the dishes is plated in small saucer and arranged on a tray. The dishes are Ayam Woku (Minahasan / Manadonese chicken in chopped green chili peppers), Sambal Goreng Lodeh (Javanese spicy vegetable curry). Tumis Oncom Leunca (Sundanese stir-fried soy cake and nightshade berry), Kering Tempe (peanut and tempeh crisps), Telur Balado (Minangnese egg in crushed red chili peppers) and Kerupuk (rice crackers). Some leaves are used as decorations and positioned to create the sense of depth of field.
The FIRST tropical caviar with unique flavors will leave you begging for more.

The Dish:
Broccoli and thornback ray tortellini. Inspired by the roman soup, pasta filled with thornback ray, served on a roman broccoli cream, roman broccoli cous cous and thornback ray broth.
This amuse is part of the spring menu from high end cater famous flavours. It’s burned tangerine | scallops | chives served on ice.
I shot the bottle over a year ago but when I got to editing, the stock splashes and liquify layers were putting too much strain on my computer so I wasn't able to finish until I upgraded. I am happy that I waited since my original idea didn't include using the splashes as an "S" for Sia.
Mushroom dumplings! Shot using Canon R5 and a Canon 50 mm lens. One constant light (Godox SL 60W) positioned from left using a 120 cm diameter parabolic diffuser (Godox QR P120).

The Vine & Walnut's packaging has a great orange hue, so I thought framing it with blue and warm orange highlights would be a good solution to help the bag stand out.

The photography of these beautiful cups of coffee was made for the Ninia project in conjunction with Bici Coffe and Peruvian artisans deprived of their freedom from the Castro Castro Prison.
Iced latte coffee as the star for this shoot. An excellent refresher, especially with quality espresso coffee and vegetable milk. The choice of monochromatic, but warm colors brings out the abstract shapes created by the drink itself and increases the mood percepiscion. Studio shot with several artificial lights.

On burned wood I put a oyster which is filled with balsamicopearls and green cress. The backlight is really cool on the texture and the lemondrops are just for fun.
This was a fun personal shoot focused on capturing the beauty of the clear ice and the movement of dropping it into the glass.
