In a journey we tell about our tradition, our desire for change.
This is what the Associazione Culturale Pieve di Gaifa di Urbino wanted to do, telling through the crescia sfogliata al farro, a path of recovery of ancient cereals long forgotten. In my photographic interpretation, I wanted to represent a warm convivial table, in which every ingredient meticulously illuminated becomes an essential part of the image and witness the birth of the Crescia of Gaifa.

I made a few cocktails for world cocktail day, one of which is this classic Garibaldi cocktail, featuring the perfect blend of Campari and freshly squeezed orange juice.
Lunch is served. A simple salad with mackerel, smoked bacon, salad leaves, mustard, honey and sea salt, drizzled with award winning luxury Extra Virgin Olive Oil by Morocco Gold.
Iced drink shoot for a client. This was shot with flash and utilised focus stacking and compositing.
Focaccia with scallions and Focaccia with sea salt, two new breads made at Noe Valley Bakery. Image was created for the launch of the new bread and promotional materials.
Green pistachio macarons, pistachio and gypsophila flowers, beautiful white freesia is flowers in frame. Macarons is very delicious french delicate dessert. Shooting for pâtisserie, sweet raspberry-flavored macaroons.
This image was created for a client. The request was to have a shot focusing only on the gin, being a smooth drink. Having a human element in action, it gives the feeling that the drink is ready to be served.
The brief was to test, cook, style and capture lamb shanks for @avonriverfarmhouse, a meal delivery client. I loved every part of this.

The recipe comes from the book "A very good fashion of frying various confections" from 1686.
